This dining table is made of a stone base, an oak top and a birch pedestal center. The dishes are silver and the cups are acorn hats. Each item on the tabletop is glued down so nothing will be lost.
The chairs are made of all American Sycamore.

This little dining set inspired me so much that I wrote the following story all about two fairies who would eat there.
Sister fairy was so happy to have her brother come and visit! She knew that he was flying in around lunchtime and so had prepared some of his favorite things so they could share a special brunch She had chosen a cozy spot the day before. That night the moths came to help Sister move her small dining table into the little alcove that she had chosen. It was too heavy for her to move by herself. The moths came with their strong wings and gripping legs; they easily helped to get the table and two chairs up the rock face and into the alcove! It looked just right for a visit! She shared some small pieces of fruit that she had to thank the moths for their help. Sister also sent a few ladybug friends to help guide brother as he flew in from the east. This way he could fly directly to their luncheon point and enjoy their afternoon together. Sister set off early in order to prepare everything just so. She was so excited to see her dear brother again! And then suddenly there he was! Shining in the mid morning son, he flew down and embraced his sister. She gladly welcomed him and they sat down to talk, drink, and eat together and catch up just like old times.
